In elementary school my nickname was "Rabbit".
I loved the moniker and spent every day running in an attempt to be faster than anyone else. Unfortunately, in middle school, I went from 120 lbs to 185 lbs and found it easier to use my size instead of my speed.
I learned to pole vault and play American style football where I used size and strength to be a better athlete. As I have aged, I've learned sometimes I'm not the fastest but I can now go longer as an athlete than before. I am an Ultra runner.
My support team consists of my coaches and my family. It also includes people like you. Sign up for my newsletter below and learn how to support me on my road to helping other through pain and sweat. You will get messages from me while I am on the road and updates on my training.
While I've spent my life serving others either in the United States Army or as a Police Officer, I feel a need to do more.
I, along with my team, will begin a more personal approach to Selfless Service by taking a hands-on (feel the pain) mentality. If you can see a struggle or feel the hurt of another being Step-Up to the cause.
Your support and contributions make it possible for me to continue my training. Your donation goes directly to my training and competition costs and helps me achieve my dreams.
